The operations and move are waiting on weather and planned to commence on the 16th March 2023 and the drilling program is estimated to take 75 days in total. This will include Hammering of the conductor and a Vertical Seismic Profile (VSP).
Once in position the rig will pin down its legs on the seabed. Stabilisation materials (rock) may be required to stabilise the legs. The 30\" conductor will be pilled in place to a depth of run at 70 m (230 ft) Piling of the conductor will be undertaken using a hammer and is expected to last up to 8 hours. Drilling operations at Crosgan are expected to take 75 days. Vertical Seismic Profile will be used to acquire data on the well, which will involve the use of a seismic array from the jack-up rig into the wellbore. The VSP operation is expected to take 24 hours to complete and will involve a four-gun array.
