Skyrim Realistic Carry Weight Mod VERIFIED

I'd love feedback on how you've crafted your carry weight, and what mods you use to make it more realistic. I'm not sure if it's a common or rare complaint, but your weight can be a bit off from other people, especially if you've got a very specific quest setup or if it's your first time (or even if it's your second time) playing Skyrim.
I've gotten pretty far and have looked at dozens of mods that aim to make carry weight more realistic and I can't find anything more realistic than the vanilla game. I'm hoping my mod will be able to fill that spot.
FWIW I'm not trying to make the game just a weight mod, but rather a weight mod that includes a ton of other changes and additions. Most of the other changes have to do with the profession trees, so that they are more useful and useful over a longer time period.
I don't really plan on releasing it since it will have a few more features than I originally thought and I don't want to have an outdated mod with only a few features. If it gets popular I might release it as a standalone.
I've also been thinking about making an all-in-one bigger mod, with new recipes/enchantments to make all the NPCs look better (relatively speaking). This will have a lot more features, though nothing that will make you start loading textures or a texture pack.
All in all the mod includes a greater variety of armor and accessories for players to choose from. You can still craft the base set of armor, but you can choose to use the in game version or the 3D model if you want. If you want to make all the armor yourself you can, but unless you have the base game textures already you will have to use the 3D model. The optional textures can be used with the base game if you want, and you can change the look of the textures depending on your preference.
Please help me, I have contacted Dell and Microsoft about this, and I think they have just brushed me off. I also need to know if Vista 32 bit is compatible with a 64bit processor. I have a Dell PC that was a gift and my friend is a non technical person. 827ec27edc
